The new look showroom has been in development for several months and the end result is outstanding – it will really help our customers gain more from each visit. Displaying products in the most ergonomic and logical way is of course important, however we have focused the showroom around our professional Assessors, as we believe talking to them is the most important part of the purchase process. We can also now accommodate a larger range of ex-demonstration stock that provides significant cost savings to customers. Products are intelligently grouped so navigating around the different ranges is stress-free and there is now ample space to test and trial before purchase. One of the many highlights within the new layout, is a bathroom mock-up which helps customers visualise a TGA bath lift in-situ and in operation.
